Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Associate / Technician for a 12-hour onsite role in a regulated biotech/pharmaceutical setting. You will drive production planning, process order execution, and material transfers, ensuring GMP compliance and accurate data in SAP, S/4HANA, and MES.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with weekend shifts and cross-functional collaboration to maintain continuous production operations.

Qualifications

• 12 years of supply chain/related experience in regulated settings.
• Proficiency with SAP/S4HANA for planning and inventory.
• GMP biotech/pharma experience, including cGMP/FDA familiarity.
• Experience with MES and ERP systems for production data.
• Willingness to work 12-hour onsite shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage production process orders in SAP and track execution.
• Coordinate with finite scheduling to align plans with material availability.
• Monitor planned orders and adjust per constraints and priorities.
• Collaborate with warehouse for timely material transfers and reconciliation.
• Maintain SAP master data for materials, BOMs, and WIP.
• Support ERP/MES system troubleshooting and improvements.
• Contribute to operational readiness and process improvements.
