We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify target accounts, generate demand, and create qualified sales opportunities for our SAP services and solutions portfolio. This remote role requires prospecting, research, and relationship-building skills to drive pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B lead generation, demand gen, or inside sales.
• Experience targeting U.S.-based clients and decision-makers.
• Strong outbound prospecting techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and email tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research target companies and decision-makers in the U.S.
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and networking.
• Maintain prospect databases using CRM and sales intelligence tools.
• Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, timelines, budget, and authority.
• Develop and execute account-based outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve campaigns and messaging.
• Track outreach activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated on SAP market trends and competitive landscape.
