Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires manufacturing domain experience with SAP SD and OTC.
• 5+ years SAP SD project implementation with OTC and sales modules.
• 2+ years leadership on SAP SD projects or production support.
• 2+ years integration experience with other process areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven Business Process Consultant experience with SAP projects.
• Strong SAP knowledge across SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in process modeling and documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand processes and objectives.
• Schedule, lead workshops to capture business requirements and best practices.
• Act as trusted SAP and business advisor in area of responsibility.
• Design future-state processes aligned with SAP best practices.
• Identify and present solution options to support decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure SAP configuration aligns with defined business processes.
• Manage offshore and junior consultants to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee testing and handover documentation.
• Lead activities in SAP Activate methodology.
• Work with project managers to deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress and support risk identification and mitigation.
