Job summary

SD Worx is seeking an experienced SAP HR Solution Architect to shape and deliver HR IT architecture across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and integrations. You will partner with HR and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP HR solutions and guide implementation from design to go-live.

Fluent German and English are required. The role offers flexible hours, remote work options, and extensive employee benefits including pension, health insurance, and a generous vacation policy.

Qualifications

• Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect in an HR environment, ideally SAP ecosystem (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM).
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, integrations, and customizing and development in SAP HR.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and design of SAP-based HR solutions.
• Advising and supporting specialist departments in implementing SAP HR modules.
• Development and implementation of architecture concepts and strategies.
• Ensuring the integration of SAP HR solutions into the existing IT landscape.

What do you bring?

A comprehensive passion for the SAP ecosystem and a strong commitment to the needs of your customers. But also:

• A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect in an HR environment, ideally within the SAP ecosystem (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM).

• Solid knowledge of SAP system architecture, integrations, and customizing and development in SAP HR.

• Experience in implementing IT projects in the HR area, including requirements analysis, process design, and implementation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate requirements from specialist departments into technical solutions.

• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a high degree of teamwork and commitment.

• Fluent German and English skills.
