Job summary

SD Worx in Germany is seeking an experienced SAP HCM consultant to manage applications within Personnel Administration, Payroll and Time Management. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and support customers through implementation and testing.

The role demands deep SAP HCM expertise, strong communication with clients, and the ability to work independently with initiative. German payroll knowledge is advantageous, and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable IT education.
• Extensive professional experience as a consultant or module supervisor in SAP HCM PA, PY or PT.
• Very good knowledge of customizing the relevant SAP HCM modules.
• Good knowledge of creating and further developing schemas and rules for payroll accounting.
• Good technical knowledge of German payroll accounting is an advantage.
• Confident demeanor and competent handling of customers, including in the event of escalations.
• A high degree of initiative.
• Ability to work independently.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel for occasional business trips.
