Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced SAP SD Transformation Lead for a global process manufacturing client. You will own the Order-to-Cash roadmap, drive solution governance, ensure service stability, and engage senior stakeholders across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

The role requires 15+ years in SAP with deep SD expertise, multiple full lifecycle implementations, and strong cross-functional leadership. You will translate business priorities into practical SAP solutions and lead AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP experience with deep SAP SD and solution leadership.
• 3+ full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, or S/4HANA transformations; global AMS leadership preferred.
• Strong end-to-end O2C knowledge in process manufacturing and integration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
• Domain knowledge of process manufacturing incl. formulations, batch traceability, shelf-life, regulatory compliance, and quality fulfillment.
• Ability to translate commercial and supply-chain priorities into practical SAP solutions.
• Hands-on pricing, billing, credit management, ATP, shipping, EDI/IDoc, output management, and functional specs.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Sales; exposure to Fiori, BTP, Solution Manager or Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow is desirable.

Job description

Reporting to: Associate Vice President of SAP Practice.

Role:

Lead SAP SD transformation and Application Management Services for a global process manufacturing customer. Own the Order-to-Cash roadmap, solution governance, service stability, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 15+ years of SAP experience with deep SAP SD and solution leadership expertise.
• At least three full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, or S/4HANA transformation programs; global AMS leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes in process manufacturing and their integration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
• Strong domain knowledge of the process manufacturing industry, including customer-specific formulations, batch traceability, shelf-life, regulatory compliance, and quality-sensitive fulfillment.
• Ability to translate commercial and supply-chain priorities—such as contract pricing, rebates, product availability, delivery reliability, customer service, and margin protection—into practical SAP solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in pricing, billing, credit management, ATP, shipping, EDI/IDoc, output management, and functional specifications.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Sales; exposure to Fiori, BTP, Solution Manager or Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow is desirable.
• Understanding of SAP Business AI, Joule, automation, and intelligent process optimization capabilities, with the ability to drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the Order-to-Cash landscape.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, consulting, team leadership, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• SAP SD / S/4HANA Sales certification; ITIL or SAP Activate certification is an advantage.

• Stable operations and achievement of agreed service levels.
• Reduction in repeat incidents, backlog, and process cycle time.
