Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks a senior SAP professional with 15+ years of SAP experience focusing on SAP SD and solution leadership.

You will drive end-to-end O2C processes, oversee multiple full lifecycle implementations, and lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash in a process manufacturing context. The role requires global AMS leadership experience, strong executive communication, and the ability to translate priorities into practical SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with deep SAP SD and solution leadership.
• At least three full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, or S/4HANA transformation programs; global AMS leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes in process manufacturing and their integration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
• Strong domain knowledge of the process manufacturing industry, including customer-specific formulations, batch traceability, shelf-life, regulatory compliance, and quality-sensitive fulfillment.
• Ability to translate commercial and supply-chain priorities—such as contract pricing, rebates, product availability, delivery reliability, customer service, and margin protection—into practical SAP solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in pricing, billing, credit management, ATP, shipping, EDI/IDoc, output management, and functional specifications.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Sales; exposure to Fiori, BTP, Solution Manager or Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow is desirable.
• Understanding of SAP Business AI, Joule, automation, and intelligent process optimization capabilities, with the ability to drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the Order-to-Cash landscape.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, consulting, team leadership, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD solution architecture and delivery across global programs.
• Oversee full lifecycle SAP implementations, rollouts and S/4HANA transformations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and finance teams to align SAP processes with business goals.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the Order-to-Cash landscape.
