Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced SAP Transformation Lead in Avon Lake, OH to drive end-to-end SAP SD and O2C transformations within a hybrid work model. You will own roadmap design, AMS delivery, and global template implementation across SAP ECC/S/4HANA landscapes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure program success.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of SAP experience, multiple full lifecycle deployments, and strong executive communication skills, enabling strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with deep SAP SD and solution leadership expertise.
• At least three full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, or S/4HANA transformation programs; global AMS leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes in process manufacturing and their integration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD and Order-to-Cash transformation strategy, roadmap, global template design, fit-gap workshops, and S/4HANA programs.
• Own AMS delivery across incidents, requests, problems, changes, enhancements, releases, SLA/KPI performance, risks, and escalations.
• Drive solution architecture for sales orders, pricing, ATP, credit, shipping, delivery, billing, returns, intercompany, and output management.
• Provide process manufacturing leadership for batch-managed products, shelf-life controls, make-to-stock/make-to-order, customer-specific products, and consignment scenarios.
• Govern integration with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, TM, CRM, EDI/IDoc, middleware, and third-party logistics platforms.
• Lead major incident recovery, root cause analysis, problem elimination, automation, process simplification, and knowledge management.
• Manage customer stakeholders, business process owners, SAP COE, vendors, and onsite/offshore teams through structured governance forums.
• Mentor functional teams, assure solution quality, and act as the escalation point for complex business and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of SAP experience with deep SAP SD and solution leadership expertise.
• At least three full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, or S/4HANA transformation programs; global AMS leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes in process manufacturing and their integration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
• Hands‑on expertise in pricing, billing, credit management, ATP, shipping, EDI/IDoc, output management, and functional specifications.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Sales; exposure to Fiori, BTP, Solution Manager or Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow is desirable.
• Understanding of SAP Business AI, Joule, automation, and intelligent process optimization capabilities, with the ability to drive AI‑enabled transformation initiatives across the Order‑to‑Cash landscape.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, consulting, team leadership, commercial awareness, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• SAP SD / S/4HANA Sales certification; ITIL or SAP Activate certification is an advantage.

Success Measures

• Stable operations and achievement of agreed service levels. Reduction in repeat incidents, backlog, and process cycle time. Successful transformation delivery, automation adoption, user satisfaction, and measurable O2C business value

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
