Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services including SAP Build and SAP Integration Suite.
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementations or transformations.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP Joule and Agentic AI use cases.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a strong focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage regularly with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
