Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation expert with deep experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and SAP implementations. You will engage multiple clients, advise on solutions, and lead workstreams across SAP systems, including onboarding and recruitment.

You will travel to client sites, guide design approaches, and help optimize recruitment processes with measurable business impact. A bachelor's degree and SAP/SmartRecruiters certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter experience.
• 3+ years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.
• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or related Skills such as SuccessFactors Performance and Goals.
• Certified in SmartRecruiters.
• Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration to SmartRecruiters.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or Associate’s Degree with 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand best practices so they can maximize SAP capabilities.
• Identify strategies, risks and options; recommend approaches to avoid problems and meet client needs.
• Lead, coach and advise project staff and manage performance where applicable.
• Provide design options using prototypes for client reviews and decisions.
• Set up and test SAP systems using SAP methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are reached.
• Support transformations using business insight to drive program kick-starts.
• Assist in renewal of existing recruitment processes.
• Facilitate process redesign and advise on change management aspects.
• Document functional workflows and provide technical guidance for implementations.
