Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Solution Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP QM solutions for global manufacturing operations. The role requires translating business requirements into scalable technology and providing guidance across quality domains.

You will analyze requirements with business process teams, partner with IT and operations, and ensure designs meet Dow architecture standards while driving continual improvements in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or equivalent) is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience are required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Collaborate with process and technical teams to design and build objects meeting requirements.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain functional specs, testing strategies and support procedures.
• Support and contribute to project delivery, system upgrades, testing cycles and deployments.
