Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team as a Manager in Technology Analysis. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and drive system architecture solutions in SAP environments.

You will lead workstreams, design workshops, and manage hybrid teams across offshore and onshore locations, while delivering high-quality SAP projects and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, PP module.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering projects on time.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure project/solution success.
• Track deliverables and status aligned with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through closure of workstreams.
• Design workshops in manufacturing, map to S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to meet schedules.
• Demonstrate SAP Manufacturing expertise with strong business acumen.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects and manage risks.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and client relationships.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships at all levels.
