Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team within Core Supply Chain. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead workstreams, gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specs, and collaborate with clients to deliver tailored SAP solutions.

You will manage hybrid teams across onshore/offshore locations, drive workshops, and ensure project milestones and risks are handled with clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA, PP module.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver projects.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client service oriented.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status.
• Lead client working sessions from planning through closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing and recommend SAP best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide high-quality SAP project delivery and client service.
• Build and sustain relationships with client personnel at multiple levels.
