Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team in the Core Supply Chain capability. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures in SAP environments.

You will lead workstreams, manage delivery across onshore and offshore teams, and drive workshops while leveraging SAP capabilities to improve client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly Production Planning (PP).
Proven track record in leading teams to deliver project deliverables within deadlines.
Experience managing an SAP project/workstream and project-based teams in manufacturing space.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Travel to meet client needs; travel estimated 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverables and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
Lead client working sessions and manage workstreams from planning to closure.
Design workshops in manufacturing, gather requirements, and recommend S/4HANA best practices.
Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members to ensure timely delivery.
