Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design SAP-based solutions for manufacturing environments.

You will lead workstreams, manage hybrid teams, and drive successful delivery across SAP modules, with regular travel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
At least 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA (PP).
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time.
Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverables and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
Participate in client sessions, leading workstreams from planning through closure.
Lead workshops in manufacturing and recommend SAP best practices.
Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain stakeholder communication.
Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
