EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team in the Core Supply Chain space. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into SAP-oriented solutions and system architectures.

You will lead workstreams, manage hybrid teams, and design workshops, balancing technology with strategic business insight while traveling up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) is required.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA, PP module, preferred.
• Proven track record leading teams to meet deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status against performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing, recommending S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team and project schedules.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Manufacturing expertise and business acumen.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects and maintain client service.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
