EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead workstreams, translate business requirements into technical designs, and collaborate with client teams to deliver sustainable SAP solutions.

The role involves managing a hybrid team, traveling 40-60% to meet client needs, and guiding workshops on best practices in SAP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Typically, 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.
3+ years SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA experience, PP module.
Proven track record leading teams to deliver on deadlines.
Experience managing SAP projects in manufacturing space.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Design workshops in manufacturing and implement S/4 HANA best practices.
Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams and ensure timely delivery.
Exhibit strong SAP Manufacturing expertise with solid business acumen.
Oversee SAP projects or workstreams and ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and risks.
Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
