Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing Manager within Technology Analysis to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver SAP-based manufacturing solutions. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and drive architecture design in SAP environments.

You will lead workstreams, design workshops, and manage a hybrid global team to ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong client service and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
• A proven track record of leading teams to delivery project deliverable within critical deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry-specific production, quality management, and technology functions.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
