Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to apply SAP technology and drive improved outcomes in a dynamic environment.

You will gather requirements, design solution architectures, and translate business needs into technical specifications, while leading workshops and overseeing both onshore and offshore teams in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, PP module.
• Experience leading teams and delivering projects on deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables, project status, and performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing, recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
• Oversee hybrid offshore/onshore teams and schedules.
• Ensure high-quality SAP projects and client service.
