Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team in the Core Supply Chain capability. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive optimized SAP solutions and sustainable results, while traveling to meet client needs.

You will gather and translate requirements into technical specifications, design architecture, and lead workshops to implement best practices in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Production Planning (PP).
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables within deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices, benchmarking, and advisory roles in production, quality management, and tech functions.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Lead client working sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, recommending S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members for timely delivery.
• Exhibit strong SAP Manufacturing expertise paired with business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, risks, and progress.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
