EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team in the Core Supply Chain area. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you’ll lead workstreams, design workshops, and deliver SAP solutions for manufacturing environments.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translate business requirements into technical specs, and travel 40–60% to meet client needs. Join a global, hybrid team delivering high-impact SAP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA production planning (PP).
• Experience leading teams to deliver projects on deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status against performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing and implement SAP best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams for timely delivery.
• Oversee SAP projects or workstreams and ensure quality results.
• Maintain stakeholder communication on progress and risks.
• Build and sustain client relationships at all levels.
