Our consulting focus is on Technology Consulting, specifically SAP Plant Maintenance – Asset Management – EAM – Manager. We aim to provide clients with unique insights on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations, rooted in EY’s comprehensive SAP service capabilities including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations, translating requirements into technical specifications, analyzing new technology solutions, and collaborating with technical teams on system architecture.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, managing processes and solutions effectively.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, from planning through execution and closure.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise and strong business acumen.
• Deliver quality client services, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and support testing and training phases.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities and enhancements.
• Collaborate across various workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into SAP Asset Management solutions, including configuration and integration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing engagement economics and resources.
• Leadership experience and change management skills.
• Ability to identify additional service opportunities and lead RFP responses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Understanding of Asset Management principles.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Client relationship management experience.
• Background in technology analysis and implementation.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC lifecycle implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP certifications.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining, energy, etc.
• Experience with additional SAP modules or licensed products listed in original description.
