Consulting - Technology Consulting – SAP Plant Maintenance – Asset Management – EAM – Manager

Our goal is to provide clients with a unique perspective on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations, rooted in EY’s SAP service capabilities across various domains to improve performance and productivity.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will evaluate business models, gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. You will also analyze new technology implementations to ensure they meet business needs and collaborate on system architecture design and delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions effectively.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, from planning to execution and closure.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and document specifications.
• Support testing, training, and post-go-live activities.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionality releases.
• Collaborate across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.

Skills and Attributes

Success in this role requires technical skills, strong communication, and relationship-building abilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, architect solutions, and manage configurations and integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM experience.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Understanding of Asset Management principles.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Client relationship management experience.
• Background in technology analysis and implementation.
• SAP end-to-end implementation experience, including SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP certifications, and industry-specific experience.
• Experience with additional SAP products and tools listed in the original description.
