Role Description

As a Manager in SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management, you will leverage SAP technology to enhance client operations, working across various SAP modules and consulting services. You will evaluate business models, gather and analyze requirements, and collaborate on system design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead delivery of workstreams, manage processes and solutions effectively.
2. Track project progress, ensure alignment with objectives.
3. Participate in client sessions, lead planning through execution.
4. Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding.
5. Deliver quality client services, monitor risks, communicate progress.
6. Build relationships with client personnel.
7. Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, design solutions, and support testing and training.
8. Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities.
9. Collaborate across teams to deploy SAP solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 4-6 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance/EAM.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Strong understanding of Asset Management principles.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Knowledge of industry practices and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Client relationship management experience.
• Background in technology analysis and implementation.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori.
• SAP certifications.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining, or energy sectors.
