In this role, you will engage with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations. You will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions meet business needs. You will also collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions effectively.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, leading planning through execution.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business acumen.
• Maintain quality client service, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and support testing and training.
• Stay updated on new SAP Asset Management functionalities.
• Collaborate across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.

To qualify, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of Asset Management principles and practices.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Client relationship management experience.
• Background in technology analysis and implementation.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining, or energy sectors.
• Experience with licensed SAP products like planning tools, mobility, or asset management solutions.
