Position Details

• Consulting - Technology Consulting – SAP Plant Maintenance – Asset Management – EAM – Manager
• Focus on leveraging SAP technology to enhance client operations, aligned with EY’s SAP service line capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, manage processes and solutions effectively.
• Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business acumen.
• Maintain quality client service, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with client personnel, gather requirements, and lead design workshops.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities.
• Collaborate across various SAP modules and related business functions.

Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential. Ability to manage teams and adapt to client needs is crucial.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication and technical skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, and SAP certifications.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining, or energy sectors.
• Knowledge of additional SAP products and tools.
