Join us at EY as an SAP Plant Maintenance - Asset Manager - EAM - Manager - Consulting to help clients optimize their asset management systems. This role is open to candidates nationwide.

About the role

In this position, you will collaborate with clients to evaluate and improve their SAP Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) processes. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation and testing phases. You will also stay updated on SAP PM/EAM functionalities and contribute to client success through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SAP Asset Management workstreams, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and develop functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture and integrations.
• Support testing, training, and post-go-live activities.
• Stay informed on new SAP PM/EAM features and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 4-6 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance/EAM.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Knowledge of Asset Management principles and SAP solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-60%.

Preferred skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP certifications.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, or energy sectors.
• Familiarity with additional SAP modules and third-party tools related to asset management.
