Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior SAP professional to own the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. You will drive process development, implementation, and optimization across SAP modules, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

In a hybrid on-site and remote work model, you will support end users, improve contract management, and coordinate SAP upgrades while documenting processes and creating training materials for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Strong communication and influence with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge or experience in SFDC application.
• Strong analytical skills with end-to-end Order to cash and contract management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
• Proficient in English.
• SAP Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end.
• Collaborate with SAP developers to implement new solutions.
• Drive improvement of subscription and contract management processes.
• Provide end-user support in Order-to-Cash areas including warranty and sales & distribution.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with SAP regional center and outside consultants.
• Identify strategies to prevent service disruption.
• Assist with SAP upgrade testing and end-user training; document workflows.
