Job summary

ABB is seeking a SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash process end-to-end across SAP modules (SD, MM, CS, EWM) and related business applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive improvements in subscription and contract management using SAP, SFDC, and ecommerce tools.

The role supports a hybrid work model (on-site and from home) in the United States, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge or experience in SFDC application.

Responsibilities

• Own the Order-to-Cash processes of local SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and business applications.
• Gather business and system requirements with internal customers and work with SAP developers to implement solutions.
• Drive improvement of subscription and contract management processes in SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools.
• Provide support for end users in Order to Cash, including warranty, field service, demand planning, repair workshop planning, manufacturing, and sales & distribution.
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with team members to deliver solutions and drive process improvements.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with SAP regional center of excellence and global support to resolve problems.
• Identify strategies to prevent service disruption and assist with SAP upgrade testing and end-user training.
• Document business process workflows for current and future state and develop training manuals.
