ABB seeks an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to own Order-to-Cash end-to-end, including process development, implementation, and optimization across SAP modules (SD, MM, CS) and related tools. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid on-site/working-from-home model.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of SAP experience, strong communication, and fluency in English. You will drive continuous improvement across ERP and contract management workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field
• 10+ years of experience as SAP business analyst or business process owner
• Proficient in SAP SD, MM, CS and Contract Management
• Experience with SFDC application
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash and contract management

Aufgaben

• Own the Order-to-Cash processes of local SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and business applications
• Collaborate with SAP developers to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools
• Provide end-user support across Order-to-Cash areas including warranty, field service, demand planning and sales & distribution
• Provide technical expertise and partner with team members to solve business problems and drive process improvements
• Escalate issues and coordinate with SAP COE, global Support and external consultants to resolve problems
• Identify strategies to prevent service disruption and support SAP upgrade testing and validation
• Document current and future state business processes and develop training materials
