Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. You will lead process development, implementation, and optimization across SAP modules with collaboration from stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid on-site/remote model.

The role requires strong SAP expertise (SD/MM/CS) and experience with SFDC, contract management, and cross-functional project leadership. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders to support strategies and decisions.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge or experience in SFDC application.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of end-to-end Order to cash and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Order-to-Cash processes in local SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and related business apps.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and collaborate with SAP developers to implement solutions.
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management across SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash areas such as warranty, field service, demand planning, and sales & distribution.
• Escalate issues to SAP regional centers of excellence and external consultants when needed.
• Identify strategies to prevent service disruption and assist with SAP upgrades including testing and training.
