ABB is seeking a SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. You will drive process development, implementation and optimization across critical SAP modules, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

The role supports hybrid on-site and remote work, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations. You will lead improvements across SAP and related systems and train end users.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 10 years as SAP business analyst or process owner.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own Order-to-Cash processes across SAP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM).
• Collaborate with SAP developers to implement new solutions.
• Improve subscription and contract management processes in SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash areas including warranty, planning, and manufacturing.
• Escalate and coordinate with SAP COE and external consultants to resolve issues.
• Identify strategies to prevent service disruption and support SAP upgrades.
• Document current and future state processes and develop training materials.
