Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash processes across SAP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and related systems. This hybrid role combines on-site and remote work, coordinating with stakeholders to drive process improvements and system optimization.

You will gather requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, support end users, and lead upgrades and training. Strong English and 10+ years SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge or experience in SFDC application.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of end-to-end Order to cash and contract management.
• Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently with conflicting priorities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and cross-functional team work.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Own Order-to-Cash processes across SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and related applications.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and implement solutions with SAP developers.
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC, and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order to Cash, including warranty, field service, demand planning, manufacturing, and sales & distribution.
• Escalate issues and work with SAP regional center of excellence and external consultants to resolve problems.
• Identify strategies and processes to prevent service disruption.
• Assist with SAP upgrades, test/validate applications, and train end users; document workflows and develop user manuals.
