Job summary

Verbatim Americas in Charlotte, NC seeks an Order Administrator to process material or merchandise orders from customers, review purchase orders, enter them into SAP S/4 Hana, and provide excellent service to internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have ERP system experience and high-volume data entry skills; bilingual English/Spanish is desirable but not essential. The office is in Charlotte, NC, and the role is full-time and in-office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is desired, with related coursework and two to three years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP S/4 Hana experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders.
• Enter customer orders within SAP S/4 Hana.
• Maintain customer master data and EDI-related SAP tables.
• Ensure EDI orders are released to SAP and meet shipping requirements.
