Job summary

Siemens Energy in Orlando seeks an early-career Order Management and Logistics specialist to drive parts orders from inquiry through delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include pre/post-sales support, quotations, and international logistics coordination using SAP, with exposure to modern analytics tools. A strong organizational mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field; pursuing is acceptable.
• Up to 2+ years in order management, logistics, project coordination, customer support, or sales ops.
• Familiarity with domestic and international logistics, import/export rules, and supply chains.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office; exposure to SharePoint, Alteryx, Mendix, UiPath is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, communication and organization skills; able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer parts orders from inquiry to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate outage parts planning, order fulfillment, and contractual requirements.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support including quotations and logistics coordination via SAP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide on procurement, logistics, and repairs.
• Mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with import/export rules and Incoterms.
