Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills in complex, changing situations.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfort working with data and planning metrics to identify trends and support decisions.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing demands and changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage production schedules balancing customer demand, capacity, inventory and on-time delivery.
• Leverage SAP/ERP to plan, prioritize, and monitor manufacturing activities with accurate planning data.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, customer service and leadership to align priorities and resolve scheduling issues.
• Plan low-volume, high-mix production considering long lead-time raw materials and evolving business needs.
• Identify risks from material shortages, capacity constraints, and shifting customer requirements.
• Analyze production and inventory data to improve planning accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that support performance, customer satisfaction and business objectives.
