Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the End User Training team for the Change Impact Analysis.
• Ensure timely communications across different workstreams.
• Support Change Ambassadors and Super Users with necessary information.

Job description

Coordinate with the End User Training team to ensure all the appropriate content from the Change Impact Analysis is incorporated into the end-user training materials

Understand the communication plans for the HXM and Finance workstreams and work with the OCM Communication team member from each workstream to ensure timely / effective communications are taking place

Work with the OCM Change Network team member to ensure the Change Ambassadors and Super User team are receiving the information and answers to effectively fulfill their roles

Build trustworthy relationships with other project team members and Client departments / divisions
