Job summary

Honda seeks an experienced OCM Lead to drive the people side of SAP-enabled transformation across HTNA. You will translate system changes into clear communications, role-based training, and actionable work instructions while measuring adoption and ensuring business value realization.

This role focuses on communication, training, and adoption rather than functional delivery, requiring coordination across sites, functions, and regions to achieve consistent adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Communications, Learning & Development, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, preferably supporting SAP ERP transformations.
• Ability to translate complex system and process changes into clear, role-based communications, training, and documentation.
• Proven experience driving adoption, measuring outcomes, and influencing business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a scalable OCM framework and governance model that aligns stakeholders and drives adoption.
• Translate SAP changes into end-user adoption materials and role-based documentation.
• Design and deliver role-based learning strategies; scale training (in-person, virtual, train-the-trainer).
• Define and track adoption KPIs; publish weekly status and address gaps with leadership.
• Perform PDCA and update playbooks for run-state sustainment.
