Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients, leading workstreams and engaging with clients daily to ensure quality outcomes. You will guide governance, data quality, and data migration programs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across SAP landscapes and advisory disciplines.

You’ll drive data strategy and governance frameworks, mentor teams, and help shape long‑term data maturity within client organizations while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience.
• Experience in SAP MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA data migrations and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional data workstreams

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure timely, quality-driven project results.
• Engage daily with clients, identify opportunities for additional services, manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to teams and foster collaboration for innovative data solutions.
