Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, collections, and financial processing in SAP FI‑CA. You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-workstream partners to ensure accurate processing in the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will join a globally connected, diverse EY team and contribute to complex utility transformations. Travel up to 40-60% is possible as client needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience with FI‑CA.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI‑CA contract accounts, business-partner relationships, and item processing.
• Design and test payment processing, bank interfaces, and cash desk flows.
• Configure clearing strategies, dunning, collections, and open-item management.
• Support FI‑CA events and BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI‑CA integration with General Ledger, reconciliation, and period-end impacts.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Retail, banking partners, and FI/CO teams to resolve defects.
