Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or utilities experience, including FI-CA, with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Experience delivering SAP FI-CA design and delivery through full lifecycle.
• Experience in cross-functional integration across IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Own FI-CA workstream from blueprint to post-go-live.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, dunning, refunds.
• Lead requirements gathering and design reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end testing and defect resolution.
