Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) solutions. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define the functional approach, align receivables and payment operations with business policies and accounting requirements, and ensure integration across the broader SAP IS-U solution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; SAP IS-U FI-CA experience preferred.
4–6 years in SAP IS-U or Utilities, with 3+ years leading a workstream.
Proven design and delivery ownership for FI-CA solutions.
Experience across payments, receivables, clearing, collections, and reconciliation.
Experience leading cross-functional workshops and governance.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements to post-go-live.
Define functional design for receivables, payments, dunning, refunds, and controls.
Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate needs into FI-CA designs.
Drive integration and reconciliation across SAP modules and external banks.
Establish financial controls and auditing alignment; ensure operational readiness.
Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and manage risks.
Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and production readiness.
