Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into SAP IS-U configurations and requirements
• Understanding of regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations for Customer Service business processes and operational performance
• Document business requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls
• Serve as SME for device management and service order processes (meter and premise transactions, order lifecycle, exception handling)
• Act as liaison between business areas and technical support to translate needs into technical requirements

Job Description:

• 7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for device management and service order processes, including meter and premise-related transactions, order lifecycle support, exception handling, and coordination with field and technical teams.
• Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
