Qualifications

• SAP IS-U device management and utility Customer Service processes.
• Meter and premise transactions, service orders, and lifecycle management.
• Advanced knowledge of utility Customer Service operations and SAP utility system processes.
• Experience with FieldForce and Meter Data Management systems.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Business process analysis, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement experience.
• Knowledge of compliance, operational controls, risk identification, and business continuity practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP IS-U device management and service order processes.
• Support meter and premise-related transactions, order lifecycle activities, exception handling, and field-team coordination.
• Research and analyze Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Document business requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical support teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Analyze workflows, develop procedures, and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Support issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational enhancements.
• Assist with business continuity, governance, risk identification, escalation management, and departmental priorities.
• Develop and support operational reporting, data analysis, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, field operations, and technical teams to resolve process and system issues.
