Job summary

EY is recruiting an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions. You will own the Billing workstream, translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure quality, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including substantial hands-on IS-U Billing and Invoicing and 3+ years leading a function or team.
Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing design and delivery through implementation, testing, and go-live.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing, including rate structures and billing schemas.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, workshops, and design governance.
Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and related SAP IS-U capabilities (EDM, FI-CA, Device Management, etc.).
Lead complex billing scenarios (time-of-use, interval-based, rebilling) and financial reconciliation.
