Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP HR Lead on behalf of our client in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP HR professional to provide both technical and functional leadership for enterprise SAP ECC HCM applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR systems, leading incident resolution efforts, managing integrations, driving system enhancements, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and support teams to ensure application stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP ECC HCM applications.

• Provide expertise across Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management modules.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

• Manage and support SAP HR integrations with internal and external systems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Lead system enhancements, testing activities, deployments, and production releases.

• Work closely with onsite and offshore support teams to ensure service excellence and timely issue resolution.

• Support interface monitoring and troubleshooting involving IDocs, APIs, middleware, and related technologies.

• Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience with SAP ECC HCM, including:

  • Personnel Administration (PA)

  • Organizational Management (OM)

  • Payroll

  • Time Management

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP HR configuration, troubleshooting, and application support experience.

• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP HR integrations and interfaces.

• 7+ years of experience in incident management, production support, and root cause analysis.

• Strong knowledge of ABAP troubleshooting and debugging.

• Experience working with IDocs, APIs, middleware platforms, and system integrations.

• Proven experience leading enhancement projects, testing cycles, deployments, and support initiatives.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation and AI-enabled Application Management Services (AMS).

• Exposure to AWS or other cloud-based environments.

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with global support teams.
