Job summary
STAFFXPERT LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a SAP HR Lead to provide technical and functional leadership for SAP ECC HCM applications. You will support HR systems, lead incident resolution efforts, manage integrations, drive system enhancements, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
The role requires deep expertise in PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, IDocs, ABAP debugging, and experience with integrations, with onsite collaboration across
Qualifications
- 8+ years with SAP ECC HCM including PA, OM, Payroll and Time Management.
- 7+ years hands-on SAP HR configuration, troubleshooting and application support.
- 5+ years experience supporting SAP HR integrations and interfaces.
- 7+ years incident management, production support and root cause analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP troubleshooting and debugging.
Responsibilities
- Lead support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP ECC HCM applications.
- Provide expertise across PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management modules.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Manage and support SAP HR integrations and interfaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Lead enhancements, testing, deployments, and production releases.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore support teams for timely issue resolution.
- Monitor interfaces involving IDocs, APIs, middleware, and related tech.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
