1. Expertise in US payroll and taxes
2. Configuration and maintenance of BSI tax factory; application and testing of tax update bulletins
3. Benefits configuration and payroll integration
4. Posting payroll to finance
5. Deep knowledge of payroll schemas and rules
6. Knowledge of direct deposit and check configurations
7. Implementation and testing of HR service packs
8. Wage type setup, including payment models and taxability configurations
9. End-to-end US Payroll implementations
10. Experience integrating third-party vendors with SAP
11. Production support activities: root cause analysis and issue resolution related to configuration, development, data, and processes
12. Implementation and support of positive and negative time management
13. Year-end testing and legal notes application
