KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide expertise in Workday Payroll for either US, Canada, or the UK (including Absence or Time Tracking) product suite.
  2. Lead or coach others in gathering and documenting client requirements, designing and configuring Workday solutions, demonstrating configurations, assisting in testing, and knowledge transfer.
  3. Collaborate with the client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
  4. Assist the integration team in configuring and testing Workday integrations with third-party or custom solutions.

  8. Maintain client satisfaction and ensure they are referenceable in production.
  9. Provide regular status updates to project managers.
  10. Suggest new approaches and tools for efficient deployment.
  11. Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  12. Ensure solutions are compatible with downstream data translation and assist in configuring/testing integrations.
  13. Demonstrate problem-solving skills, analyze patterns, remove inefficiencies, and construct scalable solutions.
  14. Contribute to a culture of continuous education, serving as a role model.
  15. Provide insightful status reports highlighting risks and client adoption improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. At least 2 years of implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking solutions.
