Job summary

Infosys is hiring a Group Practice Engagement Manager (Group Sales Lead) with SAP sales or consulting experience to drive growth in the SAP CMT portfolio across the Americas, with a strong emphasis on Semiconductor clients.

You will lead a senior sales team, build and scale relationships, and position Infosys as a trusted SAP partner across strategic accounts while expanding net-new pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience in lieu of education accepted
• 14+ years of experience in sales, relationship management or account management
• 9+ years selling SAP solutions in a client-facing role, with preference for Semiconductor or broader CMT industries
• Demonstrated success as a net-new pipeline creator and revenue leader within CMT or Semiconductor clients
• Strong SAP ecosystem network and client connectivity; ability to engage CXO-level contacts
• Experience leading sales teams or mentoring junior sellers in a matrixed organization
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and senior leadership communication

Responsibilities

• Build and scale relationships and opportunities within existing and prospective clients; sell SAP ecosystem services and solutions
• Position Infosys as a partner of choice for SAP across strategic accounts
• Collaborate with client partner teams to drive growth across the Americas, with emphasis on CMT and Semiconductor sectors
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals within a centralized SAP overlay model
• Drive strategic growth of the SAP CMT portfolio and expand the existing business base
